Services We Offer

We provide a full range of services that build on the strength and resilience of individuals, families, and communities to achieve recovery, wellness and improved quality of life.

As peer recovery coaches in long-term recovery, we walk side by side with individuals and... families seeking recovery from substance use disorders. We’ll support you with identifying your recovery pathway and help you to create a recovery plan.

Through a recovery-oriented system of care, we provide a holistic set of resources that connect... individuals and their families to a variety of support services to help achieve improved health and well-being.

We are expertly skilled with helping returning citizens and their families to reintegrate into the... community. We connect individuals to social service providers, employment, housing, recovery supports and more.
