Community Stories

Matilda’s story

05 December 2025

I decided to become involved with Torchlight Recovery Café because it is incredibly warming to see young people within our community working together and raising awareness on mental health topics.
My passion is about youth mental health and creating change from the ground up within a community. I really think it’s important to bring people together to talk about all sorts of different topics and reduce the stigma.
