Empowering the BIPOC community through culturally responsive recovery education and workforce training.

Empowering Our Community Through Recovery Education
At Torchlight Recovery, we believe that healing extends beyond the individual — it includes building pathways to economic opportunity and leadership. Our Workforce Development initiative connects individuals from the BIPOC community with recovery-oriented trainings that lead to real careers in peer recovery and behavioral health.
We offer culturally relevant skill-building opportunities to help participants grow as Recovery Coaches and community health advocates. Through partnerships with the Recovery Education Collaborative and the Sankofa Institute, we deliver comprehensive training that is grounded in equity, lived experience, and cultural responsiveness.
Whether someone is just beginning their professional journey or looking to advance their skills, our programs help them grow with purpose — and give back to their communities.
Torchlight Recovery connects individuals from the BIPOC community to recovery-oriented career pathways through hands-on training, mentorship, and certification opportunities. Our goal is to build the next generation of culturally grounded recovery professionals.
